Thank You for YOUR Prayers!

The last month has been an intense time of intercession, we had:
  • Praying through the window
  • Incense & Fire - Harvest Rain 2017 Prayer Conference
  • A week of prayer emphasis for the region
  • And the Bedouin Week of Prayer!

Thank you for diligently and patiently standing with us, praying with us and trusting God for the impossible. We want to take this time to share some stories and celebrate some of the things that happened:

  • During the prayer conference a lady that was at the hotel for another conference, heard the worship music and felt drawn to the conference room. She said she felt that God was there. Some of the ladies started sharing with her, praying with her, and she decided to give her life to Jesus. Praise God! He is drawing ones to Him! Please also pray for the discipleship journey this lady needs to embark on.
  • There was an opportunity to pray for a group of Syrian believers, while they were standing on a large map of the region. Once the prayer time was finished, the group could see tears on the map of Syria as the individuals were deeply touched and we believe that nation will be changed.
  • During the conference and the emphasis week, there was physical rain across Lebanon! The Harvest Rain had come!
  • The Bedouin week of prayer opened many eyes to the significance of this people group and what God wants to do in and through them. At the same time, people working among them in the region shared encouraging stories of getting opportunities for the first time during this week to share the gospel and pray for the sick. Praise God that a new day is dawning for the Bedouin!

Your Prayers DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Week of Prayer - The Bedouin

The Bedouin are traditionally Arabic speaking nomads that live in tents throughout the deserts of the Middle East. In recent decades many of these families have settled into small villages within their tribal territories while continuing to shepherd herds of goats, sheep, and sometimes camels. They culturally have stronger ties to their families, tribal customs, and traditions than with conservative Islam — though all would declare themselves Muslim.

The Bedouin are known particularly for their hospitality. Even the poorest family will offer a cup of tea or coffee to their guest. And yet, many times behind the open generosity there is a family suffering from degrees of brokenness and hopelessness. Life is difficult out in the desert and many have accepted this as fate ordained by God and unchangeable. Because the majority of the Bedouin still live in remote areas, they are hard to reach and as a result, many have never met a true believer in their lives. However, what may seem impossible for us, is possible for God.

Please join us in praying for the Bedouin of the Middle East:
  • For the Lord to send His rain to soften the dry ground of people’s hearts
  • That God would send dreams and visions and that people will start to talk about their experiences of dreams
  • That seeds that have been sown through intercession, proclamation and acts of love would bear fruit
  • For people to be filled with courage to question the lies they’ve been taught
  • For strength, endurance and constant filling of the Holy Spirit for the workers ministering to Bedouins.
